Ernie's Lunch Specials - 14.25
Your choice of one of the following items: cheese enchilada, hard shell taco (beef, chicken, or potato), chile relleno, chicken or potato flauta, or enchilada ranchera. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
Tender strips of chicken or beef, grilled with bell peppers, onions, squash, tomatoes, and cilantro, and served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. (Fajitas served on a plate, not skillet.)
A large flour tortilla, filled with your choice of beef or chicken, beans, Mexican rice, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and topped with our mild red sauce (beef) or ranchera sauce (chicken), chopped green onion and melted cheese. Comes with a scoop of sour cream.
A giant tostada, topped with shredded chicken, refried beans, lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, our mild red sauce, tomatoes and sour cream. (Tostada is a fried, flat, corn tortilla.)
Iceberg lettuce, topped with grilled chicken or carne asada, sliced avocado, tomatoes, olives, and Monterey Jack cheese. (Add beans for $1.00 extra. Salad not served in shell.)
Tender grilled strips of bell pepper, onion, tomato, squash, and cilantro, served alongside Mexican rice, refried beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. (Not served on skillet.)

Two cheese enchiladas, smothered with our ranchera sauce, topped with diced tomato, green onions, and sour cream. (Add 1.00 each for chicken, pork, or beef.)
A large flour tortilla, stuffed with chile con carne (beef) and topped with bits of tomato, green onion, melted Monterey Jack cheese and our mild red sauce.
A large flour tortilla, stuffed with your choice of shredded chicken or chile verde (pork), topped with bits of tomato, green onion, melted Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, and our mild ranchera sauce.
